You may study partition independently; the partition certificate and CCTX designation require successful completion of both EPCAS and Elite Partition System.

When the property is shared,
the goals may not be.

Knowing that co-owners disagree is only the beginning. Elite Partition System is designed to help you understand the partition matter and the path to a partition sale, identify the relevant people, and demonstrate how your work can help move the property decision forward.

The designation pathway

EPCAS → Elite Partition System → CCTX

Certified Court-Ordered Transaction Expert

Both courses must be completed.
The CCTX designation and partition course certificate require successful completion of both EPCAS and Elite Partition System; completing either course alone does not earn the designation.

EPCAS builds the foundation for understanding the process and conducting the conversations that move a matter forward.

Elite Partition System builds on that foundation, applying those skills to more complex co-ownership disputes and competing interests.

The designation requires both because it represents mastery of the foundation and its advanced application.

You may still take either course independently without pursuing the designation.

After verified completion of both courses, an issued credential documents the work you have done in this lane. Pair it with work samples when asking existing professional contacts to consider you for partition referrals.

CCTX is a proprietary certification of Probate Lab and is not a state-issued license, National Association of REALTORS® designation, continuing education credit, or government-accredited credential.

Before you choose

Clear expectations.

Does the course guarantee an assignment or acquisition?

Are the procedures the same in every state?

No; applicable law, jurisdiction, and case eligibility must be checked for the particular matter.
